Vision
By 2011, DrMDK.com intends to be the world’s number one resource for pediatric and health related information for parents, children and medical professionals. We will have developed proprietary software for pediatricians, Devset, directories of main pediatric resources, a database of pediatric related manufactures, and audio-video conferencing for pediatric professionals.
Mission Statement
In order to achieve our vision, DrMDK.com commits to the following:
DrMDK.com's mission is to provide a wide variety of interactive information and services designed to enhance the lives of children and adolescents regardless of geographic or demographic considerations. DrMDK.comt will offer free, unlimited access to the public to research issues such as common illnesses, medication, child development, product recalls, emergency medical alerts and much more.

DrMDK.com was founded in 2006 and is presently in its growth stage. DrMDK.com can best be described as currently being in the business of pediatric information communicated through the Internet.
Management Status
Most of the management team is in place, however, DrMDK.com is pursuing additional personnel in the marketing and editorial area to complete the team by end of 2009.

At present the communication service is in the design and test market stage.
Goals
In order for DrMDK.com to attain its vision in the manner described in our mission statement, the following primary strategic goals need to be achieved:
Corporate: By 2010, DrMDK.com intends to be the world’s number one resource for pediatric health related information for parents, children and medical professionals.
Products: By the end of 2008, DrMDK.com will finish development of the DrMDK.com website, by the fourth quarter of 2008 – basic Devset software, by 2008 – DrMDK.com Resource center, by 2008 – Directories Center, and by the second quarter of 2009 Pediatrics Conferencing Center. Market: By the end of 2010, DrMDK.com expects to have an active customer base of over 1,000,000. By the end of 2011, DrMDK.com will have an active customer base of over 2,000,000. To reach these customers we plan to add additional personnel.

The DrMDK.com of Medical Advisors controls the DrMDK.com professional internet work. This group is comprised of elite board-certified Pediatricians who are affiliated with top hospitals throughout the nation.
Primary responsibilities include the infusing of information into DrMDK.com, and decision-making regarding professional areas of the internet work.
Steven P. Shelov, M.D., M.S., F.A.A.P Dr. Shelov received his B.S. from Yale University, his M.D. from Medical College of Wisconsin, his M.S. in administrative medicine from the University of Wisconsin and his pediatric residency at Montefiore Medical Center. Immediately prior to his arrival, he was professor and director of Pediatric Education at Albert Einstein.
Dr. Steven P. Shelov, M.D., M.S., F.A.A.P. is currently Professor of Pediatrics at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Chairman of Pediatrics at Maimonides Medical Center and Lutheran Medical Center and Vice President of the Infants' and Childrens' Hospital of Brooklyn. He is the Editor-in-Chief of several of the parent publications for the AAP including Caring For Your Baby and Young Child, The First Year Of Life, and A Guide to Child Symptoms. Dr. Shelov pioneered and developed these series of books. In 2002, Dr. Shelov was presented with the Lifetime Achievement in Education Award by the American Academy of Pediatrics, its singular highest award for pediatric education.

Dr Melvin D Koplow, founder Dr. Melvin D. Koplow has been a practicing pediatrician for the past 33 years and developer of Devset software. Devset is a pediatric growth and developmental tracking software program that was developed in 1984. In the following years, the program has been enhanced to become a strong pediatric office management program. His current software projects are focused on immunization tracking, electronic billing, and pediatric resource information and the video media interviewer. He has obtained videos from 50 of the top pediatric sub-specialist in the past year. He started DrMDK.com in 2006.
